Tonight I begin the process of a modern day torture method called the Mater Cleanse, or otherwise known as the Lemonade Diet. I'm actually not doing this to loose weight like in the past getting ready for Fashion Week. This time is for getting my body back in balance and healthy. If you haven't heard of it or don't understand what I'm talking about, go check it out for yourself. :) You can buy the 50 page book The Master Cleanser, by Stanley Burroughs, at any Whole Foods or other bookstore. There is plenty on the web about the cleanse, some good some not. I'll include some links on here that will be helpful as well. I have plenty of time to write this week, so check back if you're really interested. Also I'm doing some research and writing my own thesis which I'll explain in a much later blog.
With all that said, today is my last day to enjoy all the food I can. I'm not pigging out... like I did last night, but it's pretty close. I'm trying to decide what my last meal will be. It's a toss up between Sushi or Thai. Last night was junk food city and as much sweets as possible. My lil sis and I went to see the new Indiana Jones movie. Before the movie we stopped by to pick up I think the whole chocolate candy isle including those Andes mint chocolates. Yum,
At the movie theater we bought even more candy (sourpatch kids that weren't stale!) and the largest Cherry Cola I've ever seen in my life. Bring on the show! Only this show sucked. Sucked a big fattie, a swag fattie made of oregano. Erinn and I had to leave. We knew we should have watch Harold and Kumar again, that movie rocks.
Other than that I've been cleaning up the house and throwing out all the things I don't need. Going though my closet has been quite fun and uplifting. I'm giving away tons of clothes I don't wear anymore and donating them to a local woman's shelter. It's time to move on and move out. Seems quite fitting since I'm doing the Master Cleanse, don't you think?
